Terms and license
Effective September 24, 2026
The short version
Buy it once and use it with your own family for as long as you like. Teaching students outside your household? Each of them needs a workbook license. Please don't share or resell the files. And if something goes wrong with your order, email us — we'll make it right.
Who we are
EntreKIDneur Adventures is sold by EntreKIDneurs, a Texas homeschool family business run by Melanie and Justin Vitovsky. You can reach us at info@entrekidneurs.com. By buying or using the curriculum, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Digital PDF files, not printed books:
- Complete Teacher Bundle: the 192-page Teacher Guide and one 172-page Student Workbook license.
- Additional Student Workbook License: one Student Workbook license, for one more student. It doesn't include the Teacher Guide.
Checkout, payment, file delivery, and any sales tax are handled by Payhip. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on this site and at checkout.
Your license
You're buying a license to use the curriculum, not the copyright to it. Here's what that license covers.
Your household
One Complete Teacher Bundle covers everyone in the buyer's household. Print the Teacher Guide, and a Student Workbook for each of your own children, as many times as you need — this year, and for younger siblings in the years to come.
Students outside your household
If you teach students who aren't in your household — a co-op class, a group of friends, a small school — each of those students needs an Additional Student Workbook License. You print their workbooks from your copy. For example, a co-op class of ten that includes one of your own children needs one bundle plus nine licenses. Teaching the course again next year? You already own the Teacher Guide; just add licenses for the new students who aren't yours.
What the license doesn't allow
- Sharing, emailing, uploading, or reselling the PDF files, or putting them anywhere other people can download them, like a shared drive, a co-op website, or a Facebook group.
- Printing workbooks for students outside your household without a license for each one.
- Selling printed copies, or using the pages or illustrations in anything you make or sell.

Copyright and artwork
The curriculum — its text, page layouts, illustrations, and logo — is protected by copyright. Many of the illustrations were drawn for these books by artists we commissioned, some of them teenagers. Please don't copy, change, or reuse any of it outside the curriculum.
Delivery
Right after you pay, Payhip takes you to a download page and emails you a link to your files. The Teacher Guide is about 29 MB and each Student Workbook about 20 MB. Keep that email; it's how you get back to your files. If it doesn't arrive (check your spam folder) or you lose it, email us and we'll send it again.
Refunds
Because these are digital files that are yours to keep the moment you download them, all sales are final. But if something goes wrong, we'll make it right:
- A file won't download, won't open, or is damaged: we'll fix it or send you a new link, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
- You bought the same thing twice by mistake: we'll refund the duplicate.
- You bought the wrong product — say, a workbook license when you meant to buy the bundle: we'll refund it so you can buy the right one.
Email info@entrekidneurs.com with the email address you used at checkout and what happened. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip.
Teaching the course
You're the teacher, and you know your students. The course gets students ready to sell at a market day that you, your co-op, or another organizer sets up. Please supervise your students, follow the rules of any market or event you join (including permits, food-handling, and allergy rules), and use your own judgment about what's right for your group. The curriculum is teaching material; it isn't legal, tax, or financial advice for running a business.
Our responsibility
We've worked hard to get the curriculum right, but we provide it as it is, without promises beyond what the law requires. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about the curriculum is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Our privacy policy explains what this website collects and how checkout information is handled.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to purchases made from that date on. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
